AUSTIN, Texas – May 14, 2025 – ALINEDS today announced that the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) has executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) #2025‑018 with the company for “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions for Public Sector Entities.” The competitively procured contract became effective on May 14 and runs through May 31, 2027, with up to three additional one‑year renewal options extending potential service availability to May 31, 2030.
Under the agreement, ALINEDS may design, develop, deploy, and support customized AI platforms—including predictive analytics, natural‑language chatbots, robotic process automation, and data‑driven dashboards—for any governmental body that participates in NCTCOG’s TXShare cooperative‑purchasing program. Participating entities can issue purchase orders directly to ALINEDS at the not‑to‑exceed pricing published in the contract, accelerating procurement while ensuring compliance with state and federal standards for data security, privacy, accessibility, and cybersecurity.

The MSA requires ALINEDS to deliver all services “with due care, in accordance with generally prevailing industry standards,” and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Solutions must integrate seamlessly with existing systems, scale to growing data volumes, embed explainable AI safeguards, and include user training plus ongoing maintenance.
NCTCOG will list the contract on TXShare.org, giving more than 25,000 eligible public entities nationwide a streamlined path to procure ALINEDS’ offerings without conducting their own RFPs.
